i must have been 5 or 6, but i remember sitting next to grandmother and watching, through the glass-bottomed boat, the beautiful ladies in mermaid costumes pretending to find a treasure chest...it was corny, even then, but i got to see my grandfather in a garish hawaiian shirt and a straw hat.......it would be the only time for that! my aunt louise and i had matching caps!
