southern delicacy....
Conversations Galantes by Ensemble Mirable
i just made a favorite dish.......yellow cornbread with spicy kidney beans topped with salsa verde....lots of it.....it's best when one adds peppers, onions, toasted garlic slivers and a bit of rasam powder to the bread and Trappy's Bull Sauce and Tony Chachere's Creole Seasoning with lots of fresh bay leaves to the beans........yum...yum.... also good with the addition of spicy Argentinian red shrimp.....
