'bring to the table/conversation', 'to tell the truth', 'that's a good question', 'thank you for having me', 'dialogue/rhetoric'........the top 5 expressions that I've jotted on the kitchen notepad, while listening to NPR during b'fast preparation each morning.......5 years ago I began the 'practice' of 'noting' overused or fatuous expressions that popped into EVERY radio discussion/interview...with the intention of using these as chapter titles for some future written rambles.........I've noted that politicians constantly....more than any other 'group'.....use the expression, 'to tell the truth'......which leaves them highly suspect........
