it is a matter of fact that we cannot unthink that which has been manifest and acted upon, even unconsciously....
the energy fields have been altered inextricably and permanently....one may only alter the alteration...that which has been "seen" is stored in memory, branded into some area where it can reacte with all thought processes into which it is linked by neurons......even suppressed words and images and processes may be divulged to consciousness or to active imagining by the chemistry of a cup of tea.....a look from a stranger or the sound of a bird singing.....and thus, quantum reality is astir with the passing by of a thought from afar....all that we think we know is Illusion.....there is no certainty......loving and being loved in the infinity loop is all that anyone needs.....and thoughts too incomprehensible to express
