ART NOUVEAU POTTERY

 

This Royal Dux "green bean" vase was my first Art Nouveau vase, a half century ago.....this purchase led, of course, to an obsessive collecting of Austrian Amphora Pottery... I ceased adding to the collection after I had no room for more AND the prices of Art Nouveau went over the top........I prefer functional art...so i have many ways to display flowers.......it always shocks me when i take flowers to someone's home and that person has only one or two "store-bought" vases...
